Refund policy
We only accept returns for items that were damaged or broken during shipping.
You must contact us to apply for a return within 5 days after receiving the item and provide relevant photos or video evidence.
The following must be provided when returning an item: Valid proof of purchase(e.g., order number, receipt).
The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., showing signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging), the buyer will bear any loss in value, which may even result in rejection.
